Message from the Principal
I have over 23 years of experience in education - 13 of those years as a school principal. Before taking on the role of Principal of MS 319 in September 2022, I was a teacher, an instructional coach, and assistant principal. I’ve conducted professional development sessions for others in the field; was the founding principal of a new school in the Bronx, which is still highly sought after and took over a renewal elementary school that showed a 15% increase in math and 10% increase in ELA in the first year under my leadership.
I obtained my Bachelors degree from SUNY New Paltz, Masters degree from Lehman College, and advanced Masters degree from Bank Street College of Education.
